Our Centre is a social, relaxed and fully accessible environment to exercise where staff are always on-hand to help.

We have won multiple awards over the years for our work, including the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2017.

There are no fixed charges; clients are asked to donate what they can afford to help us continue providing our service.

Bespoke equipment allows our clients to enjoy the benefits of staying active whilst putting in as much or as little physical power as they wish.
