🔍 Description

Provides a combination of stretching and strengthening which helps to improve shoulder & hip flexibility and strengthen the muscles of the abdomen & back.

Arms are pulled down whilst feet are pulled up simultaneously.

The abdominal muscles utilised include the Rectus Abdominis, Obliques and the deep Transversus Abdominis. The back muscles include the Erector Spinae and Multifidus groups.

The hip extensors will also be recruited using this machine. These include the Hamstrings and the Gluteal muscles.

This machine will stretch the anterior structures of the shoulder joint which often becomes tightened in people with limited mobility.
