Become A Client

We ask those who wish to use our facilities to go through the client sign-up process.

Potential clients are more than welcome to visit us and take a look around before committing to anything. We are fully accessible.

📋 The process is easy…

First there will be an Initial Assessment with our therapist who will assess your suitability (see below for further details) and will provide an exercise guidance program with our bespoke machines upon successful completion of the assessment.

A referral from a GP or Occupational Therapist is not required.

After that, you’ll be shown how to operate the machines during a one-on-one Gym Induction with one of our trained staff.

Our staff are always on-hand to assist if any queries or problems arise.

Once that’s done, you will be able to book in sessions to suit your schedule, for the current month and one month ahead.

Most clients visit once or twice a week.

Sessions are shared with other clients and last around an hour.

There are no fixed charges; clients are asked to donate what they can afford. The money received goes toward the running costs of the Centre.

All gym staff and volunteers are trained in Manual Handling and First Aid for emergency situations only. If a client is unable to safely enter the Centre, move between machines, or transfer on and off equipment independently, they must be always accompanied by a responsible adult.

Our top priority is safety. We supervise, observe, and offer guidance on technique and posture, and provide occasional physical adjustments when necessary. However, we do not provide regular one-to-one assistance.

If your support needs exceed what we can safely provide, we regret that our gym may not be suitable for you.
