We currently have these volunteering positions available:

• Gym Supervisor. Supporting clients by showing them how our bespoke power-assisted exercise machines work and more.

• Administrator. Helping with administrative tasks including (but not limited to): system and client updates, document archiving and well-being phone calls to clients.

• Receptionist. Cover our front desk operations in times of staff absence during the day, as well as on Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.

• Hydrotherapy pool project development assistance and advice. Help us in delivering a major £1.5 million development project. Contribute your knowledge about pool design, operation and management. Help us to source the best equipment needed to operate a pool reliably and cost-effectively.

• Fundraising support (various roles):

• Fundraising events — organisation and delivery.

• Fundraising challenges — cake sales, table sales, sports challenges, etc.

• Recruitment of charity supporters — advocacy, encouragement for regular online donations.

• Crowdfunding Specialist — this involves raising small amounts of money from a large number of individuals, helping to finance the development of a new community hydrotherapy pool to go alongside our award-winning gym. This would require skilled use of social media to reach the widest possible audience to attract funds and possibly other forms of support.

• Trustees. We are looking for more trustees to join the board to provide leadership and to share expertise in their field of interest. Areas in particular that we need support with: business development, clinical advice, GDPR advice, leisure industry / hydrotherapy pool knowledge and experience, swimming pool maintenance and operations, finance advice, project management, marketing / publishing / campaigns.
