🔍 Description

Assists flexion and extension of all four limbs. The ‘push down’ action of the legs strengthens the thigh and gluteal muscles, while the rowing action of the arms strengthens the arm and shoulder muscles.

The combined movement of the lower and upper body activates and strengthens various muscle groups within areas such as the buttocks, shoulders, back, arms, chest, legs and core stabilisers.

It works the heart and lungs too, helping to raise energy levels and increase oxygen supply to the cells.
