This machine incorporates Pilates-based principles into six different exercises for the chest, shoulders, abdomen, arms, upper back, buttocks, hips and waist – as well as allowing the user to undertake rowing exercises and vibration therapy.

It offers a gentler approach to exercise through a method called Continuous Positive Motion (CPM). CPM allows for Isokinetic Exercises (specialist exercise that allow the muscles to work at maximum strength while maintaining a constant speed).
