Relaxer

Offers vibratory stimulation which prompts relaxation at the end of an exercise session at the Centre, allowing the user’s heart rate and blood pressure to gradually decrease so that their bodies can return to normal activity levels.

During exercise, muscles produce chemicals (such as lactic acid) which can cause problems if not flushed through the regulatory system. This machine helps with that process.

It can also be beneficial to those affected by the symptoms of ageing and long-term conditions.
