🔍 Description

A multifunctional machine which exercises the abdominals and lower back, whilst mobilising the hip and knee joins, and gluteal muscles.

This machine works the abdominal muscles during the ‘sit up’ motion. The ‘knees to chest’ action adds extra workload to the lower end of the muscle, firming and flattening this sometimes-problematic area. It also involves the internal and external obliques which are two diagonal muscles underneath the abdominals; they are responsible for twisting actions.

A ‘back extension’ follows the sit up motion which targets the erector spinae (lower back), thereby strengthening it and helping with back pain.
