Celebrating Volunteer’s Week 2026
The beating heart of our charity
This week we’ve been proudly celebrating Volunteers’ Week 2026. Throughout the year volunteers play a crucial role in supporting the Centre’s work; contributing their time and skillset across a range of disciplines including gym supervision, administration, front desk operations, IT, maintenance, fundraising events and community outreach. This extends to our board of trustees whose leadership, expertise in their field of interest and dedication play a vital role in guiding our mission, ensuring responsible governance and supporting our continued growth.
Without our volunteers, we would not be where we are today and would not be able to help people in the local community improve their lives through providing exercise sessions with unique power-assisted exercise equipment in quite the same way. From the entire team, to all of our volunteers both past and present: thank you!
West Berkshire Therapy Centre is always on the look-out for more volunteers to join the team. We have a variety of roles available; all are flexible and can be carried out to suit the applicant’s availability. A full introduction and ongoing support will be provided.
