Plans Revealed for State-of-the-Art Hydrotherapy Facility in Thatcham
Local residents, supporters and clients attended our two public consultation days over the last fortnight, hosted at the Thatcham Town Council offices as our plans to build a new facility - consisting of a larger power-assisted gym, hydrotherapy pool and mixed activities room - continue to take shape. This development will allow us to continue improving the physical and social well-being of people in the local community.
These events gave members of the public an opportunity to view plans for the proposed facility (to be located at the rear of the existing Centre which is within the Frank Hutchings Hall), meet with our trustees & members of the team, and share feedback.
While the project remains subject to further planning and fundraising stages, the consultation events mark an important milestone in this journey that has been many years in the making. Further updates, including revised plans and fundraising initiatives, will be shared later in the year.
