Say Hello to our new Centre Manager, Vee!
Meet Veronica Allsop. She's the new manager at the Therapy Centre, leading the long-established team of volunteers and professionals who support people in the region with health and mobility challenges through bespoke programmes of power-assisted exercise.

Veronica - known to colleagues and friends as Vee - has considerable experience in the charity sector, assisting over 55s through community-based support and services.
"As soon as I first met the team at the Therapy Centre it was clear that both volunteers and paid therapists are here because they want to be here, they love what they do, and this makes a real difference. I really like that everything is so person-centred rather than looking at things from a corporate viewpoint...the services we offer here are bespoke to every individual user, and cannot be found anywhere else".
Veronica lives in Newbury with her daughter Maria, 9. Outside work, she enjoys keeping fit, and is currently training for the Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours. She is planning a walk along Hadrian's Wall for raise funds for the Therapy Centre later this year.
